RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can return it for exchange or refund (NO restocking fee) within 30 calendar days of our shipment, if the wig & caps are :1) not worn/used, altered, spotted, sprayed or perfumed; 2) kept in ORIGINAL and RESELLABLE conditions without smells from customers except its brand new smell.
Upon receipt of your order, you may inspect the wig quality and color by gently taking it out of the plastic bag and the paper box, taking off the net, and touching the wig, and inspecting its quality and size. At this step if you decide not to keep it, please contact us promptly for return or exchange. Please DO NOT remove any tags attached to the wig, or put the wig on your head without a clean wig cap on, or alter, spot, spray or liquid anything on the wig and its packaging materials in any way; otherwise the item is NOT be eligible for return. You should gently re-wrap the wig with the cushion material inside, put on the net, place in the paper box and push them into the plastic bag and seal it.

We are located in the downtown area of New Rochelle (85 Crescent Ave, close to the Train Station). Nearby customers are welcome to stop by us during open hours for visit, purchase, pick up or exchange between 9am-6pm EST Monday through Friday, or between 11am -5pm EST Saturday. If you can't be available during the above times, please simply call us for an appointment time to come or let us directly deliver the hair to you on the same day. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Proper care and maintenance matters. The way you care for human hair bundles, weaves or extensions is not much different from the way you care for your own hair. But keep in mind that they need gentle treatment, extra nourishment and extra care with the right care products as they can no longer get nourishment and hydration from roots unlike our growing hair on scalp. So,

Brush your hair extensions gently with fingers or a soft bristle wide-tooth brush before and after use.

Lightly wash them when there is too much built up, or when they get dry, dull, tangled and frizzy, and unmanageable to style.

Wash in lukewarm water, then apply a small amount of shampoo. Rinse out the shampoo and apply a conditioner for 4-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Allow to air dry.

Always use a heat-protecting spray when using hot tools such as flat irons and curling irons (temperature not set over 380ºF). A regular cloth-use iron is also ideal to iron hair if the temperature is set between “silk” and “wool” without steam.

Use moisturizing and nourishing shampoos, conditioners or leave in creams (e.g., Creme of Nature Argan Oil Moisture Shampoo/Leave-in 7-N-1 Treatment; or OGX Renewing Argan Oil Shampoo, Extra Strength Penetrating Oil for Dry/Coarse Hair, etc.)

If the hair has been bleached or colored, we suggest using the above shampoos and leave in conditioners for colored treated hair as well.
- When cutting the wefts for installation, please thoroughly glue and seal all cuts of wefts to prevent from shedding.

Products can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of shipping from us if the instructions below are followed to keep the hair products in its original conditions.
