We have our store and warehouse located in the downtown area of New Rochelle (85 Crescent Ave, just by the I-95 and the city train station). Nearby customers are welcome to stop by. We are just like a brick & mortar beauty store opening Monday to Saturday. But we are far more than a physical store because we have our own factories and a service team for you.

Compared to street beauty stores:

We offer MUCH LOWER PRICES, only one third of a regular beauty store pricing at the same quality because in our business model there are no middlemen or wholesalers between factories and customers. We directly offer the factory wholesale pricing to customers. And the more you order, the more discounts you get!
We do SAME DAY DIRECT DELIVERY for local customers. We have our own delivery staff and delivery vehicles. For Pink Member customers in South Westchester and Bronx areas, we offer direct free delivery for which you'll receive your order on the same day (order placed in the mornings) or no later than next morning (order placed in the afternoons )
We offer GENEROUS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES. Within 30 days of delivery from us, if you have quality issues with the hair or you need to return for refund or exchange, we are happy to accommodate your request.
